I offer yoga in group settings as well as privately. All bodies and abilities are welcomed and honoured. I encourage students to explore tools of mindfulness and to find their unique practice, even when working within a group.
I have studied yoga for and worked with; trauma, anxiety & depression, chronic health issues, round bodies, and seniors. My yoga practice and class offerings are adaptive and have found a home outside of the margins of mainstream yoga.
Queer & Trans Yoga - A community yoga class for 2SLGBTQI people, and our allies if space allows. Let's be gentle with ourselves and each other as we move through a mindful practice spanning moderate & meditative flows, restorative postures, and stillness. You will be supported to move from and grow love for the place that you're at. This class has been growing up, sharing resources, welcoming each other, and laughing together for 10 years strong ♥ A private change room is in the space. Questions are welcome.

Prenatal Yoga - This monthly class is offered as part of the Midwives Collective prenatal class series and is free for MCT clients.
Semi-private / Private Yoga - These sessions are designed specifically for you, and may take place in your home, work, or in a rented space.
Class fees - Sliding scale fees are available for both group and private classes.
Private Yoga Sessions $80/hour
Semi-Private Classes $100/hour (up to 4 people, $15 for each additional person)
