Yoga - Twenty+ years of practicing helps me to keep connecting me to the ground and myself. Twelve years of offering weekly Queer & Trans yoga is one of the greatest gigs I’ve ever enjoyed.
Community - Inspired by work and volunteer experiences in programs like the Healthy Transactions Program and BOOST that work to serve marginalized populations in accessing healthy food, community activities, and education.
